Melissa has 15 years of experience in the development and delivery of peer support and youth engagement programs in mental health services across Australia.

She is currently the Team Leader of Youth Engagement, Community and Lived Experience for headspace Early Psychosis and headspace Primary in Southeast Queensland.

Melissa most enjoys working collaboratively with young people and services to ensure mechanisms for consultation and co-design are embedded at strategic, operational and governance levels.
